Cleaning is the foundation of maintenance, and different materials require different cleaning methods. For nylon and polyester laptop bags, use a damp cloth with a small amount of neutral detergent to gently wipe the surface, remove stains, then wipe clean with water and air dry in a well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent material aging. For leather laptop bags, use a dedicated leather cleaner. After cleaning, apply a suitable amount of leather conditioner to maintain the leather's shine and suppleness and prevent cracking. For canvas laptop bags, soak them in warm water with neutral detergent, gently rub the stained areas, wash, and then lay flat to dry, avoiding wringing to prevent deformation.

During use, avoid excessive weight-bearing. Laptop bags have a weight-bearing capacity; packing too many heavy items may damage the shoulder straps, seams, etc., affecting their lifespan. Also, avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent scratches. When placing your laptop bag, avoid rough surfaces like floors or countertops to reduce friction damage. When storing your laptop bag, choose a dry, well-ventilated environment. Damp environments easily lead to mold growth, especially on leather and canvas materials. Before storing, ensure the bag is dry and clean; you can place a desiccant inside. Do not fold or squeeze your laptop bag, as this can cause wrinkles that are difficult to repair. Store it in its natural state, or place a soft cloth or other support inside to maintain its shape.
